Create a Formula for Communication

Your people will understand their responsibility when approaching customers on the phone and they will have more confidence and proficiency.

How you go about doing it?

It is essential to maintain a certain unity in all your communications, especially with the external environment. To assure this, it is strongly recommended to create scripts that will help your people to be confident and perform well on the phone. These scripts usually consist of a list of questions or statements which can be made to the customer.

To maintain a momentum, arrange regular meetings of your team where you will discuss all the issues related to the scripts and your phone calls.

Although you will see that there is usually low response rate and you can get rejected easily, keep on going – the only failure there is not making any phone calls which definitely leads to zero response rates compared to at least low rates when you keep on calling.
