Here is how you can add new user as an admin in your Google Analytics account:

1. Go to https://analytics.google.com/ and login with the same email address as you use for Ads.
2. Go to Admin in the bottom left corner of the page.
3. In Admin tab choose “Account Access Management”
4. Enter email address of a new user/admin and tick checkbox “Notify new users by email”, if you want to infom new user by email.
5. Check all boxes to grant permissions for new admin user.
6. Click “Add” at the top right corner of the web page
7. Done
